Waiting for Baby # 2, Preparing Baby # 1 for a Montessori Education at Home

I'm 37 weeks pregnant, and can't fit ... any of my clothes... even the maternity clothes... I have a nursery set up for Baby Bear #2, and, now it is just a matter of waiting to see when he is going to decide to show up. Now I get to go back to looking forward to starting Baby Bear #1 with the montessori albums that I purchased a year ago! I am either making or purchasing montessori materials appropriate for a toddler... My goal is for Baby Bear to have quite a few wooden age appropriate toys, and to work on a few of the Practical Life excercises over the summer (yes, with Baby Bear # 2 in my new Beco Butterfly Carrier, coming along for the ride!). Baby Bear # 1 has been doing some of the infant and toddler excercises that we found through the books we have been reading, and most of all we have been looking at Baby Bear # 1 likes the books they recommend, and the activities are easy to follow. My next post will be about some of the Practical Life Materials Papa Bear and I are preparing for Baby Bear #2
